Personal data
Employee information, personal and contact information. Employment details such as position, department, supervisor, deputy. Possibility of free extension of fields according to individual needs of a given company, e.g. by adding fields concerning tax matters, clothing sizes, etc.

Full documentation concerning the selected employee, e.g. contracts, certificates, health and safety training, work documents with access to change history. Function of sending messages to many employees or candidates at once. You also have an ption of inserting predefined template. Possibility of setting notification about sent message – notification in system, e-mail or SMS. Communication history is archived.

Time sheet of a selected employee on a monthly, weekly and daily basis, along with the status of approved / rejected / pending. There is a split view of the time spent working on a project and in a given month. Possibility of defining a default weekly working time schedule for a selected employee.

The company calendar is a summary view of information about events in the employee’s calendar. It offers searching by name and type of event. The possibility of specifying the time frame from which the data will be displayed.

Here you will find a list of items currently assigned to the employee with the possibility to edit them. It is possible to assign new, previously defined items. You can also see the division into returned items and currently used items.

Complete summary of absences for a selected employee on an annual basis. View as a calendar or list. Possibility of searching information for a particular year or by absence type.
